And this is why:
MG made valentine bookmarks for her girl scout troop -- SO cute and so easy!!!

Then she made a bouquet of flowers for her leader and co-leader.  She made the yarn pom poms and I help hot glue the stems on for her.  We clipped branches off of Uncle Matt and  Uncle Leo's birch tree -- thanks guys for letting me steal your branches!  More flowers are being made.. .we will be by again! ;)

 And I made her this to wear on Vday -- she wore it to her troop meeting today:

The children made these firecrackers to hang on our door -- what a way to ring ring in the Chinese New Year!  Want to make this?  Go visit Steph and her adorable girls.  They have a wonderful tutorial!

These firecrackers will chase away the old and make room for the new!  Welcome Year of the Dragon!

Hello Monday!

I'm ready to go back to school now!!!!  ( 2 weeks is a long time without my friends!)

Middle child ready to go back to school!  He rode this way to school almost the entire way!  He was ready!!!  (truth be told... so was I! hahaha)
