So this is how it started...

I would make my mom proud for saying this:
Every time I see something that I like, I think to myself... "Now... how can I make that?"

My friend was wearing this really simple necklace with many charms on it bearing her daughters' names.  I found out the site name and checked out their products.  Pretty cool... but way overwhelming for me!  I am a very simple person..

I set out to investigate and started making some hand stamped jewelry as gifts for friends.  And then I finally made a few for myself!  :)  I am now finally selling my pendants because I have made some for friends who  wear them and have had their friends asking about their pendants.  So, I would like to thank my friends (Astrid and Melinda) for helping me get this business started!  And my husband who has always encouraged me even though I was unsure that I could actually do this!  :)

I wear this one below with great pride -- it took a few tries but I made it and I LOVE it!  It's simple, it's versatile, and it warms my heart to wear my children's names with pride.  Many of you who know me know that I do not wear a lot of jewelry -- back to the simple again!  So the ones that I do wear, I wear ALL the time!

Knowing that I will be wearing this a lot, I made sure to purchase sterling silver blank discs to stamp on.  I have not had to polish it yet!  (But I probably should to give it that extra shine!)  Although I have noticed that the split ring which connects my pendants to my necklace is starting to tarnish (if you take close attention).  I will have to look for other options to improve my work.  Until then, if you purchase a pendant from me, my only suggestion is that you do not wear it too often in the shower (like I do!)!

Additional things you should know about these unique hand stamped pendants:

  • Each piece is INDIVIDUALLY stamped by hand using individual stamping tools.  For this reason, NO two pieces are exactly the same.

Letters, numbers, etc., may not be perfectly straight, properly aligned and spacing may vary BUT these characteristics should NOT be looked at as imperfections but what makes each pendant ONE OF A KIND. Darkening may vary.
  • ALL the pendants and charms are sterling silver and may need to be polished occasionally. Darkening may fade. This is the natural process of wearing silver.

That being said, I am not responsible for lost or damaged items due to normal wear and tear on the pendants and charms.

  • When giving jewelry as a gift to a child, PLEASE NOTE you assume full responsibility for the child's wear and use of the item.
  • At this stage, I am ONLY selling pendants.  I do not have enough knowledge to sell chains and it seems to me that everyone has their own preference of chains.  I only have one chain and I wear it all the time -- and just change my pendant.  The person you are purchasing the pendant for may appreciate not having to store an additional chain in her jewelry box!  Or if you already have a chain in mind to purchase elsewhere -- even better!  I hope you are able to find a deal for it!  (I, too, love bargains!)
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions on an item BEFORE you purchase.
