Thanks to my friend, Amanda, the children are now fighting over this bowl of... kale chips! I know! They don't even know what kale is! They just know that it's a tasty vegetable! Ha! Lucky me and THANK YOU Amanda!!!
They are literally pushing each other out of the way!
Back off guys so I can take a picture!!!!
Another batch in the oven waiting....
Simple recipe -- 2 bags of kale already cut from Trader Joe's -- Rinse, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and olive oil (well, drizzle the oil!)... mix and then roast in oven. Watch carefully because a burnt chip... eh, not so tasty! So 375 degrees... 20 minutes or so... or longer... keep an eye on them! Enjoy!
